Nishiogikubo, a cozy neighborhood loved by those who enjoy a drink.
There are many restaurants and even an arcade area around the station,
but once you step away from it, you'll find a quiet residential district.
There are many unique, independently owned shops, and the residents
share a close-knit sense of community.
Although it's such a nice place to live, on the south side of the station
you'll find an area where people gather to drink even during the day.
It's a truly unique scene, featuring everything from old-fashioned izakaya
to Southeast Asian–style izakaya..
Because this neighborhood offers a clear glimpse into everyday Japanese life,
why not take a stroll and enjoy a drink with the locals?

Take the south exit and go to the right and you will find a drinking area.
It is a small and narrow area, but there are many stores, all of which are unique and attract drinkers.
