It features a rich soy sauce flavor made from shamo chicken broth, along with thin yet chewy noodles. You can’t order a large portion, but you can get an extra serving of noodles (kaedama) if you need more!
The chashu pork is lean and perfectly complements the soup.
The restaurant has a unique street-subculture vibe, decorated with many stickers and “AKIRA” posters.
